Need motivated "super-natural" enthusiastic chiropractic assistant ...

This is a front desk/front office position.

MANDATORY: Love for people, and Enthusiasm for helping and serving people

We need someone who can do several things very well:

1. Keep our business in a growth phase. This requires selling (yes, I said selling), manners, persistence, confrontational tolerance, i.e., “cohones” if you will.

2. Keeping current patients on track with their schedule and staying on top of collecting payments whether it be over the counter or dealing with insurance companies.

3.Learn, understand and completion completely so it does not require monitoring, review and / or extensive repair by doctors or other staff who have a full plate

4. We are looking for people who can think. By thinking, we mean think of the COMPANY, consider our patients, our doctors think, and be able to plan ahead so that we can find solutions to problems that hunting could have been avoided by simple planning.

5. An ideal person for this position is someone who asks a lot of questions and has a genuine desire for learning and doing the best job possible and will take initiative to learn things. This person should have good study habits.

6. Yes there is a dress code. The ideal candidate has pride in his/her overall appearance. By this we mean, clean, nicely groomed and appropriate attire. Jeans, sandals, sneakers, super short skirts, showing too much where not appropriate, etc., is never acceptable and would simply be sent home.

7. Last but not least, though this is a serious business, we do love to have FUN. So, you should have a sense of humor.
